As a bright, well trained and commercially minded senior lawyer, this role will see you leading EBA discussions, working closely with the HR team to identify and deliver training to key managers to encourage best practice HR, manage one off Fair Work disputes and co-ordinate and lead the management of internal investigative processes.

Who we seek
This is a relatively autonomous role suited to a senior lawyer with 8-15+ years of post admission experience gained in employment law in a recognised ER/IR practice, or in a similar corporate role.
