You will be an Workplace Relations lawyer at the 5 year level who would like to work in a boutique law firm environment.
About the role
Will see you act exclusively for employers and Senior Executives when required.
Act in the full range of employment related matters including policy and employment contract drafting, advising on restructures and terminations, ill employees, discrimination, employee entitlements, performance management, post-employment obligations and workplace investigations. Also review and interpret Awards, prepare Court documentation, defend unfair dismissal/adverse action cases in the Industrial Relations Commission or Fair Work Commission.
Working with a Partner who is an Accredited Specialist, together with anor two senior lawyers and a junior; 100% Respondent work except when there are Senior Executives needing representation; boutique law firm.
