The Role
You will work across a broad range of legal matters and gain exposure to key commercial and strategic issues facing the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements and legal documents
- Managing disputes and negotiating pre-litigation matters
- Providing commercial, contractual and regulatory advice
- Assisting with legal projects and strategic initiatives
- Advising internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, risk management, and legal implications arising from business decisions
The Lawyer We Seek
We are interested in speaking with commercially minded lawyers with approximately 3–7 years’ post-qualification experience.
While candidates from a general commercial background will be well suited, lawyers from a broad range of commercial practice areas are encouraged to apply.
