Firm:
This is a significant, career enhancing opportunity for a 2-4 PAE Corporate/M&A lawyer to join top-tier global firm. You will be assisting a charismatic, highly regarded corporate partner with headline making deals. With extensive client contact and exposure to significant, high-level corporate/M&A transactions this is a unique opportunity.
Role:
You will be assisting global and domestic clients to structure, manage and deploy funds across a broad range of real assets (including real estate, infrastructure and renewables), funds M&A and platform transactions. Commercially savvy, sensible and grounded, you will benefit from working with like-minded lawyers.
