The role includes high-end development and/or capital transactions/leasing work, and sale and acquisition of commercial property, including possibly some work with retirement villages. Working particularly with a dynamic partner who has a fantastic reputation, you will be encouraged to grow in the future into a key leadership role in this tight knit but leading team.
The combination of good clients, a great work environment, and the chance to deal at senior level directly with clients on significant matters is a rare opportunity in this market for an astute lawyer. It will appeal to those lawyers from recognised firms with solid commercial property experience and general commercial nous. You should have between 2 and 4 years post admission experience (or thereabouts) for this role.
