Skills & experience
You will be a Construction Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level with principally back-end/litigation experience. If you also have front-end experience, it is preferred but not essential.
Your new role
Will see you working with two mid-tier practitioners.
A role where you will amend and negotiate commercial contracts for builders, developers, suppliers and home owners. Act for your many clients when disputes arise and resolutions are sought through mediation and litigation. Assist your clients with their projects, business processes and policies to ensure that the project stays on budget, free of defects and in compliance with current legislation.
