The role: You will assist in building out the firm’s M&A capability in Melbourne. You will lead transactions, advise clients through complex deals, and tap into the broader firm when a matter needs it. Their investment in Ai and technology means less time buried in process and more time doing the high-value work clients.

You: Are a 3 to 5 years PQE in M&A and corporate law, ideally gained at a respected mid-tier or top-tier firm.
