Our client is a dynamic Australian-owned and operated business focused on providing high-level property and conveyancing services while leveraging cutting-edge legal technology. While they have a brand-new, modern office in the Melbourne CBD, many staff members work remotely from regional or rural parts of Victoria.
This is an excellent opportunity for a property lawyer with at least 2 years of experience to join a fast-growing team and work on a range of property transactions and conveyancing matters. Responsibilities will include reviewing Contracts of Sale, preparing property settlements, managing residential conveyancing files, and providing general legal advice.
This role will suit a quality property lawyer who enjoys dealing with clients and who prioritises customer satisfaction. You will be an excellent communicator and problem-solver, and someone who can work both independently and in a team.
