You will be a Property Lawyer at the 5-10 years’ PAE level.
Your new role
After 40 years, this team member is retiring and hence this top-tier property Sydney CBD boutique requires your conveyancing and leasing experience (50 – 60% conveyancing, 25-30% leasing and 15-20% other). Having experience in LEAP and PEXA would be an advantage.
You will also assist the Accredited Specialist Property Managing Partner on a range of more complex property matters and some commercial work.
The role would suit someone returning to the workforce with school age children. Flexibility around working location and hours; working from home is an option after an initial training period. All the staff work primarily from home. Minimum hours per work would be about 28 or 30 hours – 5 days per week.
